That’s a good idea. I wasn’t sure if this mode would survive the freeway. I only was going about 50mph.

I tie 2 bungee balls together and wrap it around the roll bar. Really quiets it down. I keep my Spidy shade on year round.

Just got notified the trailer tub kit and axle will be shipping in the next week so allowing for travel time the trailer build should be staring in about 2 weeks.
Cannot wait! Just hope the weight stays low. Scott at Dinoot trailers estimated between 300-400 lbs. if it’s under 500 for the base trailer I will be very happy.
My last trailer that I had at the beginning of this thread was just over 2k empty it was just not enjoyable to tow in the mountains.

Were do you get those bungee balls? I want to pick up a few. This is my fav summer config as well - soft top on, no windows.

Currently out of town, but got two notifications from FedEx so I “think” everything has been delivered. I will be home Thursday and will be able to confirm. I am hoping to be able to start the build next week.

Fixed just in time for a weekend of moderately difficult trails.
Yeah karma dictates there is like a 90% chance I hit the same spot.
I am ok with scratches but that one was all cracked and broken and driving me crazy.

I have yet to try it but ive seen people tuck those C pillar pieces up in the top so its just a top.
