Best burger in my life

I am a HUGE burger connoisseur... I have different places that I go depending on what kind of burger I want (simple/classic, egg breakfast type, savory, spicy etc.). If you all would like I’ll tell you my recipe for my Octoberfest burgers (perfect timing).

All that being said... the absolute best burgers of all kinds that I’ve ever experienced were from a place called Katsu burger in Seattle. Deep fried hamburgers!!!! I was there for work training and another person taking the class invited me to dinner there... It was so good I at there every single day for the rest of the week!

In fact, my girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Seattle for the sole purpose of me having another one of those burgers... We are from Georgia.

.. the local HS is Calhoun Yellow jackets.. it was a Dari king in the late 50s.. the manager renamed it in the early 60s because the locals would gather there Friday nights before the HS football games.. milkshakes and such.. the owner found out she renamed it yellow jacket and was mad and approached her and ask her to stop and go back to original name.. she told him to go into town and ask anybody if they knew where The Dari King was.. then ask if they knew where the Yellow Jacket was... obviously everybody knew where the Yellow Jacket was and he ended up selling her the business.... same name and sign ever since!
