When did they turn into such shitheads? I ordered two of the Crown body mount kits for a TJ. Invoice says 2, shows 2 on all my paperwork etc., only 1 shows up in the box. Send an email right away with the order number, no response.
Go to the website and find the CS form, fill that out, no response. Search the site for a phone number, can't find it.
Fire off another email, no response. The last one said to let me at least know they are getting them or I'm filing a PayPal claim today. WTF??

Interesting. I had the same thing happen, but from Summit. A pair of spacers and I only got one. They at least answered the phone and shipped out the second one right away.
 
I don’t really like Quadratec. All my experiences with them have been bad ones.
 
My only gripe with Quadratec is that stuff never seems to be listed as "out of stock" until after you have already ordered it. At that point, it's anyone's guess as to when you will get your stuff.

I have to say their shipping is pretty quick for me (when it's an in-stock item) and the few times I've called customer support they have helped me right away. I will say that if you have an issue with an order, call the number in your confirmation e-mail for help. E-mailing them is useless.

Maybe I've just had worse experiences from other sites? 🤷‍♂️

Had the same thing happen with 4Low of all places. I've emailed twice and called 4 times about an order and got no one and no response. It's been three days. Nothing. The irony is they must be shipping because my first attempt to cancel my order was within 45 minutes of the order and three days later they shipped the order. I guess I'm stuck with it because I'm sure they'll charge me more than it's worth to return it.

Done and hopefully that works better than the 30 minutes I spent on hold before giving up.
 
They’ve been bad lately. No one answers the phone and products are always out of stock until *date* then when that date comes it’s pushed back. My buddy has been waiting for a winch plate for weeks now. He just cancelled it and ordered from another site.
 
I think some of this is due to the Rona. Manufacturing, shipping and retailers are all affected. I talked to Accutune about some shocks and the said 14 weeks due to slow production at Fox.

Yes, in all fairness though this is the suppliers. I have been trying to get a Tuffy center console for months now, and Quadratec kept pushing back the date. I called Tuffy and the guy there told me that due to COVID they are incredibly backed up.

Of course this doesn't excuse Quadratec's poor customer service. I've had to wait on hold for over an hour or longer, my emails don't get responses until a week later (literally), and they just generally suck when it comes to prompt customer service.
 
Like I said before, and some people didn't like, as a result of the Coronavirus freakaction we're getting a taste of what it means to not be #1 in the world.

For those of you planning your Moab invasion with us, it's a good idea to get your orders in now so you can get the mods done you want before the April trip.

Just to be clear I don’t have an issue w quadratec. I only order from them if I have to though. They’ve been good when I’ve dealt with them in the past.
 
I'm getting a similar runaround from Rock Auto now.
Order is shipped via FedEx at a crazy high rate, takes 10 days to get in town, FedEx can't find the address so they drag it out 3 more days, no customer service response from Rock Auto. F'em.

All the shipping options (UPShit, FedSex and USPS) all suck right now...overnight is taking 2-3 days. I mailed out $10K worth of mousepads for a customer on Dec 22cd (bulk/standard usps mail) and not one person received it yet. These were almost all mailed to/from NY.
