I know I can't be the only one that's done this. What should I do with this bent lower control arm mount on the axle housing? Replace it with something stronger?Bend it back? Bend it back and add mini skids?

Looking down the length of the arm, it looks straight, it's just the flanges that are folded a bit. The bracket is bent though.
In addition to what @tworley said, there are two Artec versions. The ones you found are for adjustable control arms. This is the version for stock arms.

Thanks for the input. I certainly don't want add any low hanging rock magnets. I'll be putting in Savvy arms soon, so I guess I will bend the brackets back straight as I can and add the mini skids then.
On second thought, does anyone make stronger replacement brackets that don't compromise on clearance? Wanna consider all my options here.
It looks like you might be able to put a wrench on those and straighten them out.

When I get bigger tires I'm sure I'll find the corresponding bigger rocks to drag them on.
I have thicker mounts welded on the front axle. Need to do something for the rears sooner or later. Now that I am towing, I tend to worry less about it. That is until it ruins my day on the trail. Add it to the list.
Iron Rock Offroad makes the best fitting ones I've found so far. I don't like that they are 1/4" but they work very well.
I would have bet you a paycheck I saw a logo. Took some pics and no logo to be found. Don’t know what I thought I saw. Guess I “assumed” these were added on due to the shitty welds.

Yeah, looks thicker than stock, maybe 1/4". I think I'm gonna go with the iron rock offroad with the rockjock skids.
