Surprisingly warm winters day today after about 4 days of very heavy rain, so took my daughter and Bruiser out for a 3 hour round trip. Found some stunning bay's and some pretty bad slips caused by all the rain.

Installed transmission cooler and trans temp gauge, but fk'd up and put the temp sensor on the return line.

Pulled my rear seat covers to wash them and restitch a seam. With my mom being a seamstress, she's taught me the basics of a sewing machine so, its a piece of cake! My helper needed her picture taken too...The fronts will be next.

I finally replaced the speedometer gear in my daughter's LJ so she's not paranoid about what speed she's driving anymore. IMHO, this has to be the easiest mod on a TJ that there ever was.

Now THAT is an ambitious undertaking! Is that the original upholstery, and if so, how long did it take to remove it?

Dropped mine off at shop to have tran valve body replaced. And, to have them put in a temp gauge while they've got it ripped open. They'll put the sensor in a manifold on the output line and the gauge in front of 4WD shifter.

Not to long...half hour? They come apart pretty easy. Gotta clip a few hog rings, but they are just covers so they slip right off.

When splicing in the new wires for dual horns, don't be frugal with the wire. If my hot leads had been 1/8" shorter I would have had to rip them out and start over

Can u see screen in the sun? My current receiver with blue screen I can't see crap when top down and sunny outside. I need to upgrade but catious about being able to see screen in sun on my selections

Haven't taken it out since I installed it today, but you can choose any color you can think of for the text and backlighting.

I use Meguire's wipes on them. Seems to work real well. I use them on my F-150's tonneau cover. Keeps it clean and shiny.

Yep, with all the color choices and brightness levels shouldn't be a problem. I have basically the same receiver crept with a CD player. Don't even use the CD player with Bluetooth and Amazon music.
