We have a non profit mountain bike society where I live. They are developing an entire valley for mountain bike trails plus a campground plus adaptive trails for handicapped. Once you have the non profit society status it is amazing how much funding is available.
Since they are working on Crown Land they had to consider ALL users and develop a plan to accommodate ALL those users. They are one small part of the Trails Master Plan. But the scale of the plan which is going to drive development encompasses a massive area. And gives development direction for many years.
