I too can park like a jerk

I to park some of my crap in the back of the parking lot, and it generally works out. But if you take up two spots (like the pic in the OP), thinking your junk is special….maybe you should downgrade to a ride in your price range.

Nope parked normal and always drove new fairly expensive vehicles and for some reason they attract assholes. Lots of jealousy/envy out there.
I’ll call bullshit, if it’s only a few times then maybe then ran up on an asshole... but if it’s consistent enough to print that shit out the math is simple.

Guarantee it.

Same shit happens to my mom who gets a new car every year or two. Parks out away from everything and people park over the line and in her space.

I don’t know what you drive but get into the $80,000 and up range and assholes show up like flies.

People don’t do it to cash for clunkers cars like my blue LJ, they stay away from it.

what you see is what you get. I drive a 2006 LJ that’s built for hellen Keller. people park in my space all the time, I think there’s just some number of people out there that are unable to drive and fewer that are willing to fix their park. Perhaps your/her area are disproportionately represented for this issue.

I've always been torn on this whole thing. When I see a double-parked vehicle, I walk by muttering dickhead.. but I get it. I think what makes it worse is when it is in a crowded, often-used parking lot. Then I think you're asking for anything that comes your way. But I still get it. Boils down to if you're that concerned about your vehicle, then leave it in the garage and take uber to walmart next time. Dickhead :ROFLMAO:

Own a nice sports car and you'll see. Assholes are everywhere and they hate people with nice things.

I parked my Vette out by itself all the time, never took two spots just because that's asking for it. Still routinely found beat up junkers parked three inches away from my door, dings in the side, etc...

Bottom line if you have a nice car leave it at home for trips to Wal Mart, grocery store, places like that. Doesn't matter where/how you park it will get messed with.

Recently a doctor in our office building has decided his 2015 E-Class is worthy of two spots in the typically crowded upper lot rather than parking in the mostly open lower lot. View attachment 259867

Not one to stand for such bullshit, I elected to let my shitbox keep his car from being too lonely. And will likely continue to do so until he figures out why there are stripes on the pavement.

Back in my younger days I toss a few fists with guys who parked like that. If I saw a Corvette or other similar car parked across a couple of spaces I'd park my Cj5 a couple inches from the drivers side and go eat lunch.....

The other ones I'd F with were the guys with the big trucks who liked to park IN the large piles of snow in the corners of parking lots after they were plowed trying to show off. Parking behind them was fun as well.

Btw.... has Mercedes hired the designer of the Sonata?

I'm so glad you said this. A few weeks ago (before he felt his car was this cool) a Hyundai parked next to him and the body lines were exact. I remarked how similar they were to my coworker, just out of sheer surprise. Being a car guy, these things stand out to me. Lo and behold, now it's worthy of praise.
