Actually, mine rather likes the yellow, as well. I wouldn't mind yellow, but prefer a slightly more muted version of it. You know, a little less potential to get a sunburn every time I walk by it.
Yup - they don’t call it Solar Yellow for nothing…Of course she does!
After owning this for 22 years I don't know if I could get a yellow jeep even though they do look good.
I actually think a matching set would be cool. Get one!

These came in today. I know you can download 'em, but I prefer to get greasy fingerprints on the pages. I've always bought FSMs for the vehicles I intend to hang onto.
for a fairly simple vehicle I am surprised it is in 2 volumes.

Admittedly, I expected more of a "leaflet" than anything else...
Right there with ya chief! Purchased mine in 05, six months after getting the jeep. As you can see, it is well loved!
Volume 1 is all the legal jargon about how you should not attempt to service your own vehicle....

I thought Volume 1 would have been ' Explaining what size tyre you can fit with stock suspension "Volume 1 is all the legal jargon about how you should not attempt to service your own vehicle....
They condensed mine into one volume, with the 2nd half of the volume focusing on how to fit 35's on a 2" BB.

Spent enough time in the garage to get the dash out, then came in to get cleaned up and get to bed early, as I'm doing dayshift for the next week (up at 3:00am...). Anyways, hit the shower, and get a call from my wife. She's been with our daughter the past few hours. Well, darling daughter goes into labor (expecting our second grandchild), so wifey drops off our 3 year old granddaughter to stay with me while Mom is having the baby. Natural, and a home birth. A bit too much for a 3 year old to handle. Come to think of it, it's a bit too much for me to handle, too! So, she's here with Pop-Pop, keeping me calm. Daughter has her husband, Mom, and her sister on hand, as well as whoever else it is that assists in such things. Life is good!

And my newest granddaughter is here! No pictures, yet. Still dealing with making sure that everything is as it should be, but first reports are that all is well.
For the past two weeks, I have been telling my granddaughter that I love peanut butter, and that when the baby is born, I'm going to call her that. Well, starting a couple of days ago, she started telling everyone that the baby's name will be Peanut Butter! Haha Love it!
