Black Magic brake break-in process confusion

I've looked around and saw the instructions for the Black Magic break in by Blaine, im just confused a little.

It says, 5 times, go to 40mph-5mph, drive around 10-15 minutes to cool the breaks down. Does this mean, do the 40-5mph 5 times in a row WITHOUT cooling THEN drive around 10-15minutes to cool down the rotors/pads? Getting them installed as we speak by a shop near by and want to do the break in later today.

That isn't what it says.
 
They still are, and they are in the box with the pads.
I did the initial break in today following word for word. I had my foot pushing all the way, ABS didn’t lock up at all even though my foot was down as far as I could put it. It is in the garage resting for the night and will see how it is tomorrow. This is my first Wrangler, I’ve always driven trucks. For me pushing as hard as I did on the break, I would’ve thought that my tires would have locked up at least or ABS kick on. I watched a video on YouTube of a guy doing the process and his brakes were smoking after he went from 50-5.

Thanks for the help. My reading comprehension isn’t as good as my writing. English isn’t my first language, so sorry about the instructions. I did clarify and found the online version and did translate. 😂
 
The harder you break them in and hotter they get during the break-in the better they brake. If you didn't get them hot enough to be able to smell them you weren't aggressive enough during the break in.

I wasn't aggressive enough during my first break in and the braking was nowhere near what it became after getting AGGRESSIVE for my next break process.

My foot was literally to the metal. They did brake very fast, but I couldn’t smell the brakes until I got out and parked it in the garage. Should I see smoke while doing it? Thanks, I’ll try again tomorrow!
 
Hey Blaine, could or should the pad break in be applied to other pads and systems? Say a Ford for instance? Never noticed or really cared how my F150 would stop, but a month or so ago, I drove my Jeep around town for a week while the wife had my truck. When I got my F150 back, I clearly noticed the difference between the Jeep and F150. I pondered getting out your instructions and trying it on the F150.

It’s the BMB pad compound itself. Doing the BMB pad style break in on regular off the shelf compounds doesn’t net the same results…

Copy that! Thanks. I changed my F150 pads a couple months ago and used some special pads that emergency vehicles use (so I was told), they feel slippery now.

I did the BBK in front and the rear disc BMB kit, well, on the rear. There was a waterfall I was going down and being video'd I noticed the stiction was making a little creaking as I would ease down it. I could literally stop when I wanted, thrilled the kids in the back seat. Pretty cool "upgrade"

Use it on a set of yellow, blue, red, or green EBC pads and you can take them off and throw them in the trash. They don't like it at all.

Now I am wondering if it was my wife's "habits" that made them feel slippery. Yesterday, she gave me a ride to pickup a tractor about a mile from my shop. I had to install a battery when I got there so I took the tailgate down and forgot to put it up. When I got back she asked if there was anything else but the Pelican case in the bed.
