Savvy (nonexistent) customer service

Having a small company is zero excuse for shitty customer service. It’s sad how people defend these companies that rip people off, screw up, and simply refuse to respond. They ALWAYS respond when it’s time to buy. Plenty of staff to process your payment. Plenty of staff to sell shit. No staff to fix their fuck ups. I bet they have time to go to the bank. I’ve run several companies and I’ve owned 3. These excuses are simply lazy!

Savvy isn't a business, it's a hobby. Sure, it's being run as a business, but make no mistake, it's a hobby.

You either put up with their shit or you go elsewhere. They aren't hurting for business even if people do go elsewhere.

I know other places like this, but again, it's because the people running them are doing it as a hobby, not as a business.

An explanation isn't an excuse. Savvy customer service can be terrible. What are we going to do about it? I didn't buy customer service. I bought their products that I can't get comparable anywhere else.

If these guys do this as a hobby and not a business, they’re assholes and shouldn’t ever be recommended (assuming what is being told is true). When you take money from someone you have entered into an agreement. If you don’t hold up your end of that agreement, you either make it right or you’re a piece of garbage. Making people chase their tails trying to get what they paid for is ridiculous.

IF you SELL a product to the public, and have a business license to SELL those products, you are in fact a BUSINESS no matter how much "fun" you have doing it.

Talk about heads in asses..the majority of you are all up SAVVY's....

This thread reminds me, I’m trying to order a mid arm through a vendor that works with Savvy and he doesn’t seem to get much service from them either. I should follow up again.
