Hi all, New member here, long time jeeper.
I need some assistance identifying this lift. I am in the process of pulling it all the way down to restore/rebuild close to new.

What I know about the jeep so far,

-Originally a 4 cylinder, currently doing a 5.3 swap while it is completely torn down

- Has a trussed 8.8 rear (with 4 link that I know nothing about)

-has a Dana 30 front

-arb lockers front and back

-New ax15 going in with the swap

- tons more still figuring out/ finding mods everywhere

I'm trying to replace/refurbish everything from the ground up so any input on what parts you see on this this rig would be awesome.

Thanks, the truss design is definitely the closest I have seen, those curved trailing arms have me stumped though

Got it, I figured since I'm rebuilding the thing I should know what I have lol.

Thank you

The other way to tell is are the arms solid? One of their claims to fame was that they used solid bars for their control arms.

I haven't pulled one apart yet I will check when I get back to the shop. Planning on yanking the body off the frame tonight any how.

Are you planning on a new suspension system?
If you are look at Savvy or RockJock.

It depends on how cleaning this up goes, I have thought about it but if it all cleans up nice I see no reason to replace it, at the least I'm going to upgrade all of the joints. Do you know of any issues with that kind of set up? I took it out on some trails before pulling apart and it seemed to perform pretty well. Though not much experience with this jeep

If you read up on longarm lifts the opinion on here is that there isn't any that are really that good. But a lot depends on how you're going to be using the Jeep.
As you said I'd for sure want to replace all your joints with something new and if possible better.

Your 8.8 is narrower than the stock axle but you can either run wheel spacers or install a Super 8 kit to bring it back to full width. Or leave it as is as long as you aren't having any clearance issues.

Looking like a good project. You should think about starting a build thread over here https://wranglertjforum.com/forums/tj-build-threads-members-rides.127/

So we can follow along.
