How do I find replacement lower control arm bushings?

I need Control Arm Bushings all around, but have no idea make/model of the adjustable control arms I have (lift done by PO). Are replacements bushings universal or make/model specific? If specific any way to determine what I have or measure current bushings to find replacement?

Would it be good to just replace the control arms?

Yes and depends on the actual lift height. I have stock arms with a 3" SL and wouldn't change a thing.

The front uppers and lowers are adjustable aftermarket. The rear uppers are stock and lowers are aftermarket fixed.

There are some replacement bushings described as "OEM Clevite style bushings" - is that what I have?

If they are oem they would only work on the rear uppers which are stock.

Hopefully this helps a little.
If you keep the OEM arms OEM - don't bother replacing the bushings - just buy a complete new arm with bushings.
The front uppers axle side need to be pressed into the axle - they are different.
