"Pacing myself" build

Haha, I love when people drag up super old posts of mine that I no longer agree with whatsoever. I guess it just shows we learn more the older we get. @JMT knows how I feel.

I would pick a 31" tire though and this lift setup:

I wouldn't bother with the OME lift anymore personally. The shocks are garbage and the springs are overpriced IMHO.

Also, don't take offense to this, I'm not meaning to be offensive. My thoughts on lifts and such have changed in the past several years.

If I was going to run a TJ with a mild lift though, it would be everything I mentioned above (y)
Womp, I'm on track for a version of the 2.5" lift next year. I had 3" BDS springs on my last TJ and thought highly of them. Maybe I'll give those a shot again. They are about $80 cheaper than OME.

Finally, after 26 business days, it shows up! They still never gave me a tracking #, lol!

Well, the hits just keep on a coming! After checking the contents of the Swayloc, they forgot to include the silicone grease required for the bushings. A call to Steve and he's got 2 tubes in the mail to me, but I doubt I'll receive it by the weekend, so that project is delayed yet again. I'm tempted to use the MC silicone grease I have for my Duroflex bushings.

Kind of doesn't matter when it is a 3.3 inch 45 ACP. That said, I have no problems putting rounds where they need to go.
I found my Glock to be more enjoyable and accurate for some reason I can’t articulate, but being on target is the most important. My XD was a 40, which just seems to be the wrong caliber for me (though I’ve shot many XDs in other calibers). I’m much more accurate with a 9 or 45, even after a few thousand rounds.
