have you checked the metal tube that comes from the water pump? my first 2 leaks came from this tube, then I replaced the water pump, metal tube and thermostat and had no leaks since..

I have also been looking for the defrost connectors to replace my broken ones, please let me know if you find a supplier or an alternate part from another car that can be easier to find new/used :)

Just replaced my water pump & thermostat 3 weeks ago and only needed the gaskets, no RTV needed, as long as you have a clean surface that's all you'll need, jeep's been running fine without any leaks as far as I'm concerned...

This week I finally found the air filter holder (cheap and local) my TJ was missing, the PO had installed a cheap cone air filter and I intend to remove it. I know the part should fit in position because of the shape and the screw holes in the engine compartment but the AC lines are in the way...
