Paint turned out good IMO.
Need to order more so I can paint the axles now.

What all are you doing to it? Looking great so far!
That is a LONG answer. You'd have to go back and read the whole thread.
The short?
Rebuilt engine & installed stroker crank making the Dodge 360 a 408 or 5.9 a 6.7
Installing built 46RE transmission
Stretched frame 4.5" and moved rear axle back 5"
Steering box rotation kit & stretched front forward 2.5"
Painting frame Hot Rod Black
Painting body armor color match White
Painting flare Black
Built new wiring harness for V-8 swap
Still need to rebuild the Warn 8274 winch and then paint it prior to reassembly
And a ton of little stuff along the way like having to regear my rear axle because I had broken pinion teeth.

It's really looking great, Rick.
Cleaned up the runs I found and sprayed one more coat of White.

Now it's time to try my hand at spraying clear coat.
Man you do good work. I may have to drive up there for some pointers lol. I cant paint to save my live. I can turbocharge a lawnmower but I can't make it look good lol
Believe me this is my first attempt at painting with a paint gun. So I'm learning as I go.
And a hair got onto the one corner armor... DAMN IT. And then instead of waiting I tried to get it out which made it worse.

So wait for it to dry a bit more and sand it down and then respray it.

Overall I'm happy with how this first coat of clear turned out.

The stock paint is going to look so faded and dull compared to this fresh paint.
Thanks. I'm sure it'll be a 10 foot paint job but I can say I did it.
Looks like you’ll be painting the rest of the rig then. Looking good.
Bite your tongue. I DO NOT want to try painting the whole rig. That is not in my plans.
But MAN does the clear make the paint POP.... Heck I'm impressed with myself and that takes a lot... It's hard to capture in pictures but this paint looks great.
