Which paint to match the factory interior?

Looking to refinish the interior door panels to match the dash. They are in great condition but suffer from serious fading along the top

Interior is dark grey. Agate I believe.

Which brand paint and color should I look for?
 
I have yet to find a good match. Everything that says it is a match did not match. Colorbond 163 Chrysler Agate LVP and 160 Chrysler Dark Slate LVP do not match. Still searching myself…

Anyone that tells you that SEM Landau Black is a match is wrong. The SEM is a true black. Agate and Dark Slate are dark Grey/Graphite at best. I have the SEM Landau Black on my 2-piece console. The rest of my interior is a mix of factory Agate and Dark Slate pieces. All in pretty decent shape. The SEM looks nothing like the factory colors…
 
If you pull up your interior color code, you can call SEM to get in for the nearest distributor that also mixes formulas. The phone rep will give you the SEM formula number to match your color code.

I recently did this for mine.

There is another thread somewhere in here, I think by @TJRick, about what Landau Black does match. I actually use that color for a lot of parts, based on recommendations on here, but my interior is Saddle Tan.

SEM does match factory colors, but you have to get the right formula mixed.

SEM was dead on exact color-wise. I can't remember for sure, I think mine was slate, but a perfect match.

I didn't. I opted to have the door panels for both full and half doors dyed to the factory color. Along with the upper and lower steering column trim. It has held up incredibly well. I did the full door panels well over a year ago and they still look exactly as pictured below. From what my shop tells me, dying actually impregnates the door panel with the color rather than just sitting on top of the panel material as painting would.

not off the top of my head but I still have the can at home, I'll check later on today & get back to you with the # and the TJ details.

Edit: so the interior is "Dark Slate Gray" according to my build sheet and the SEM paint number is "17373 DK Slate Gray"

@SSTJ I didn't see the medium slate gray on their website, only the dark, that code number (15373) looks like it matches a paint color, flame red

Hard to believe how nice they came. Pics are good, but even better in person. I have my door straps pretty short because of the A-pillar mirrors I use so the doors don't open as much as stock so I hit the door panes with everything.. my watch, keys, foot and whatever I might be carrying out of the Jeep.. and they still look great. No scuffs or scratches.
