The warn stubby is a nice bumper. Heavy but nice, very strong.
The Warn stubby is 39lbs.

And the rear is 55lbs without the tire carrier. How much does the Savvy rear weigh? I’ll assume about half as much.

@rasband received a Savvy front bumper within the last two weeks directly from Savvy.
Hardware adds 1.4lbs.
I bought mine with an aluminum bumper already installed and I think it is made by UCF. They claim to use 6061-T6.Back to my original question, is anyone else making anything comparable? Sounds like answer is no? If thats the case, is steel is a better option?
None of the 5-6 new bumpers I purchased for my TJs in the past came with hardware either, they reuse the factory bolts. Here's the savvy front bumper, no hardware:
I emailed Gerald directly for it, not sure if I jumped a line or not Still no winch plate yet though!

The tightest bend radius for 6061-t6 is 2x the material thickness, perpendicular to the grain to avoid cracking. Anything tighter than that isn't 6061-t6. And none of that addresses the other design details that very very few other bumpers have compared to Savvy.
