Anybody up for a random meme dump?

There ISN'T a political meme thread anymore.... They were merged...

Chris had separated them for a while due to some people whining about them here.... But I guess he then changed his mind...

Again, you don't have to read the meme if it offends you or your feel it's racist or transphobic or doesn't align with your views... I don't agree with everything posted either. But unless it's totally out of line then just pass on by and ignore it. If you really feel it's WRONG then report it.

That's fine - I didn't know they had been merged. Then it doesn't matter and I don't care. Carry on.

And thanx for telling me, 'cause nobody else did! {BOW HERE}

My Polish professor said he went to a conference and when it was over his car had been stolen.

He searched the lots until the other attendees had left, called the police, filed a report, walked to the train station, took the train to his town, and walked home from his stop.

Found his car in the garage.

He had forgotten he took the train there.

Shit - that sounds increasingly like something I'd do!

I'm in an email circle that apparently just figured out that the virus was engineered and released on purpose...

I need help! I think my wife is practicing some kind of dark magic, sorcery or something.

You see, I'll be looking for something, usually in the kitchen. Might be a utensil, an ingredient, some food, and I cannot find it. I ask her, "Where is the [pot, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, etc.]. She points and I turn around and there it is, where it definitely was not just a moment before.

I am frightened and do not know what to do.

You too?

You make it work for you - if you can't find something - like that tool you had in your hand 5 minutes ago, just ask her, it'll turn up in short order! True story.

He was my Kinematics and Dynamics professor. He designed firearms for the Polish government before moving here and teaching. So most of our homework and tests were mechanisms that looked a lot like the insides of a machinegun.
In one class the prof was using bullet drop as an example and when defining velocity and distance asked “What caliber do you shoot?” And I immediately replied “.458 Win Mag”. At the beginning of the next class as he walked into the room he dropped a 500 grain bullet on my desk without saying anything and started the lecture.

465 grain gas checked cast was my favorite. 405 grain cast paper patched was my second favorite, and go-to.

Dick Wysong was my Dynamics Prof back in 1983.

Just figured out the ignore function works really nice if you don’t want to hear political crap from a butthole. I’m just here for the funny stuff. If I wanted to hear politics I’d turn on main stream media. If enough buttholes are ignored they will quietly fade away.

Wow. That’s how they made problems at the factory go away. Ignore it, it’ll fix itself.
