Bourbon drinker, yes. Aficionado, no.
I had a bottle of Weller before the prices got insane. I havent looked for one in a year or 2 now.
I have a couple bottles of Wyoming Whiskey (BIL works there); a National Parks batch, Outryder, and a couple of private, single barrel bottles (real high octane stuff; 118 proof)

I paid less than 100 for each of the Weller bottles in the picture with the green costing me 24 bucks. The rest anywhere from 75 to 95 each. With Trump's tariffs around the world one of the first things other countries respond with it American Whiskey. That has made it all more available. Look for an Antique man it's amazing at 107 proof. Don't pay over 100

I don't see a Buffalo Trace Kosher Wheat Recipe (Weller). It's a pretty nice 7 year in that family and inexpensive when you do see one.
I'm personally a scotch drinker with a pretty decent collection, but have a fair number of bourbons too. Break out some old worm tub malts like Craigellachie, Springbank, Brora or Talisker and I'm all in.

That's funny you say that most people don't know the Kosher Wheat even exists. After that picture I was playing around with my bottles and added that one and my Eagle 10 and 12 to it. I tried really hard to like scotch it's just too harsh for my taste. If the opportunity presents itself try the Tober Mory 22 I believe. Might be a 20 but that's the only one I could drink and enjoy.
