Last night I installed the new front driveshaft and took it for a quick drive on the toll road. No driveline vibrations at all up to speeds I won't mention on an open forum. My three year driveline / new engine project is finally complete. Yay.

Been putting some work into the Columbia flood rebuild. Mostly smooth sailing. Was having a dead oil pressure gauge, which after many hours of trying to figure out my dad pointed out I might be using the wrong PCM. Who knew a 99 auto PCM would plug and play and start an 03 auto LOL.
Is that a euphemism?
The miata looks a little vulnerable.
Fixed the factory defective locker wires. They should have mouse-proofed them. Found six wires chewed through. Lockers work great now and no more flashing dash lights. Well, they got the fuel pump and gas gauge wires too. I promptly soaked all the wiring with rodent repellant. I wish I could leave my cat where I have to park the Jeep (F#@K HOA rules). She loves them........for snacks. Every day she leaves a head at my back door, I know she thinks she's keeping my Jeep safe. The rabbit heads, I'm not sure of her thinking.

Drove the Jeep into town to get belts and an air filter and saw a Toyota minivan drive by with a dash full of ducks. I mean like what the duck...

I couldn't help but think "fuel pump" (from the relay) when I saw the orange and red wire. Great to hear things are buttoned back up!
Further proof that the whole duck thing was never a jeep thing ....
I happen to notice at my chiropractor office one of the check-in ladies had tiny ducks around the base of her monitor. I said nothing.
Left coast Dem lesbians that think they're cool. Don't get me started on the Subaru owners.

My wife loves the baby ducks and chicks they sell at Tractor Supply here. I have to remind her they grow up and cute is gone. Along with their lifespan with an 18lb cat. I used to have a 20lb Monitor lizard that ate 20+ baby chicks a week.

We have feral Muscovite ducks in the neighborhood. Every spring, you can see the mamas leading their brood around, definitely cute. As time goes on, the lines get shorter and shorter...
The ducklings are cute, the adults are about as ugly a bird as I've ever seen. Looks like they have leprosy!
