What is the best 35 inch tire for the TJ? Ride quality and road noise isn't a concern

I’m in need for a new set of 5. I’m currently running the wrangler MT/r and I’m actually a big fan. They slid around a lot less on dirt than my horrible firestones and the Kevlar sidewalls gave me a bit of peace of mind. I just recently took them out on the snow and they performed terribly, I’m...

Questions about re-gearing my 2.5 TJ

2002 2.5L Automatic, not really looking to pour a lot in but just curious! I have done some reading on forums and stuff, I am not quite comfortable with regearing in terms of what it means and putting the money into it, but I'd like to slightly lift it and get bigger tires. Tires are just under...

    Recommended Build Size

Hey guys! New here and looking for some advice. I’ve seen a few threads about some similar situations to mine but I’d like some more exact advice. I recently bought a 1999 2.5 5 speed with 4.10s off of a kid with a 3” body lift on 31x10.5 15s. Obviously I want to get rid of that much body lift...

Biggest tire you've seen on a TJ?

What's the biggest size tire you've ever seen on a TJ that still utilizes the stock body / frame?

Why do they only make metric size tires for 16" wheels?

Since I still have the 16" Moab wheels on my TJ Rubicon, one of the things I noticed when looking for bigger tires is that every single option out there is a metric size tire. For instance, I can't get an actual 33", I have to get a 285/75r16 or a 305/70r16, there is no 33". I Googled the crap...
