01' manual to auto conversion

Hey guys I've got a 2.5L manual and trying to swap it to a 4.0L automatic. I've got a donor tj with everything I'm sure I would need just need help with wiring and if I am able to reuse anything from my existing setup or am I about to have fun removing all my old wiring to swap in the new? Please help thank you.
