NV3550 manual to 32RH automatic conversion

Still thinking about doing this NV3550 to 32RH swap. My TJ is an 02. Do I need the PCM from the donor or just the trans and then mess with the wiring?
Is the 32RH the same length as the 3550? Meaning, will it change the mount positions, require new DSs, etc?

The 32 is the shortest of all transmissions behind the 4.0. Precisely why there is not an early Under Armor made for it. It would require a 100% unique kit with no shared parts.
