05 TJ getting 7 mpg

I checked the FSM for the TJ. You're totally right.

I'll have to check my 02 readings. But as of writing this. All three cats are empty now so there should be no blockage whatsoever.

Does anyone know the parameters I should be looking for for a healthy fuel trim? I have a half decent scanner that does live data.

I'm not the most well versed on this type of stuff, but I think a properly running stock motor should have long term fuel trims between -3% - 3%. If your third cat was plugged you should be able to feel a big difference in how the jeep drives after gutting it. If you do, it might be a good idea to reset the pcm again and give it a bit of time to learn again. I've got about 120 miles on mine after gutting my third cat and resetting the pcm, and my long terms are around 8-9%. Hoping they come back down after some more miles
