And I notice a orangeish liquid coming out around the shaft, it dried hard. Did I just melt a gasket or something or is this some of the loctite?

No, my shaft wasn't loose. I just melted the bushing with a torch when trying to take out my TPS screws. I'm kinda worried about putting orings in.
