35s or larger on a Dana 30?

I wouldn’t see any problems as long as you don’t do anything crazy. Should be alright. I know some will say absolutely not but only you know your driving skills so(y) I have a friend who runs 35 12.50 on stock axles and stock gears 4.10 with 2.5cyl. It doesn’t have much power but as far as breaking stuff, he hasn’t yet and saving up for his 5.13 gear
That’s exactly what I’m running now. So far I haven’t broken anything but, I’m only running on paved streets.

The TJ's Dana 30 is fine with 35's, it's not fine with 35's once a front locker is installed. One more time it's not fine is if the steering is cranked hard left or right and you give it too much gas in 4Low. That's when its axle shaft u-joint ears can break and release the u-joint to spin around and break.
