Adjusting anti-stall throttle rev

So the problem is, when in 4Low, very slow speeds, especially when I'm crawling around an obstacle, the Jeep will sometimes bump the throttle on it's own. I'm assuming this is an anti-stall feature. The problem is two-fold. 1. I'm usually not in danger of stalling. It often happens when I'm climbing down a hill, and using engine braking. 2. It's unpredictable, and sometimes happens when I need subtle driving to clear an obstacle, and so can put me in dangerous situations.
So, I'm looking for advice on what options are available to us with this feature.
1. Can I adjust the amount of throttle it gives the engine? I could easily cut it by half, and it would still work, and be more manageable.
2. Can I turn the feature off? At least while in 4 Wheel Low, or altogether. This would be the safest option. Stalling is embarrassing - Launching off the edge of the mountain more so.

I couldn't find any existing convos on the subject, but please direct me if you know of any.

Try cleaning the idle air controller on the throttle body.
