As for 9 vs .45, if it's your only pistol I would purchase the 9 mainly for target practice cost. Also the picture below convinced me to go with the 9mm.

A few years back my kid bought a new 9mm and brought it up to the house to check the sights. He painted a couple of bullseyes on a board and started shooting. I watched him hit everything but the center of the target, walked into the house and got my 1911(which my dad brought home from WWII). Walked out, chambered a round, took aim and nailed the center of one of the targets on my first shot. Dropped the mag, ejected the live round and walked away.

Well while mama was preoccupied with the new grandbaby I ordered the 3/8” UCF skid. Lol.

I showed here a YJ crawler for sale down the road from here. She said no…… when I told her I ordered the skid she just smiled. Not sure if at me or the baby, but I didn’t ask. Lol

Yep thats the one I have, before the Atlas install I ran it with OEM trans mount, standard SYE, and no body lift as advertised.

For the frame attachment? I would use grade 5 or better hex head cap screws with a stainless washer. For engine skid to TC skid, countersunk flat head stainless.
