Welcome ManNice looking Texas Jeep! I guess I'm representing North TX!
I took the bus into downtown San Antonio many years ago while I was stationed at Lackland AFB to go see the Alamo. I grew up watching Davy Crockett movies and when he fought in the Alamo, it was out in the middle of the desert. Once I arrived at the SA bus terminal, I asked the guy at the ticket counter for another bus ticket to go out to see the Alamo. He looked at me kinda funny and said walk two blocks and hang a right. It was right in the middle of San Antonio and surrounded by office buildings. What a letdown. Not to mention it had closed 30 minutes before I got there so I could only see it from the street lol.Just south of San Antonio
