I lifted the following straight off the webpage where I bought my module:

My radio fit requirements #1 and #2.
As for the harness I had a square, gray, 10-pin plug that plugged into my head unit, next to the main vehicle/radio harness; and a black, round plug that went into the Bluetooth module. No other items were plugged into, or left unplugged, on the back of the radio. I can't speak to "data-stream" vs. "twin-seven" plugs, sorry.
There is another module for 1995-02 vehicles (
https://www.discountcarstereo.com/blu-chry.html?category_id=445) that have the square-faced radio. That module seemingly only has round, 8-pin connectors. I don't know if any of that information helps.
I don't know how this particular module would work with an amp, just offered it up as an option.
I know an amp would improve sound quality, but I wasn't going that route. I got what I got, which was more than I had, and I'm ok with that.
