I have tried everything. This is literally the only thing stopping me from getting back on the road.

Can you get a big Vise-grip on it? I’ve removed buggered up panhead screws that way. If you cut the head off with a cutting wheel could you grip the shank?

It’s worth a try. Nice new Vise grips with sharp teeth, grip down hard on that baby. Hit it with some PB blaster first and let it soak. Good idea to grind some flats. Good luck
 
There are lots of ways to tackle that and I can screw up most of them. At this point, I'd just snag another mode shift fork and toss that in rather than dick with it.

Yeah I'll have to take it all apart and get a new one. Hopefully I dont mess up taking it apart.
 
What is the fork replacement? I cant find the one for the NV241OR transfercase. Could I upgrade the T-case to and Atlas. I have an automatic?
