This one is for @JMT because I know he loves the no spare tailgate! I just cant live without a spare so it will reside here for now with a nice tray mounted on top. I ratchet strapped it down to the seat mount bolts for now until I feel like making a permanent mount. I was able to fit everything I need in the back still so I am very happy with the setup for now. This will also let me raise the frame now without the bumper running into the spare.

I still need to order a light for the plate but I added little stick on foam pads to make sure it doesn’t rattle and to give room for the light wires to live.

I then countersunk the spare carrier holes and added Phillips flat head bolts. I like that the savvy bolts have the same size thread as the spare carrier bolts so I can switch back if to a spare carrier if I ever need to. I may just use smaller bolt sizes that fit the snubber threads so that I can retain those if I ever need as well. I could countersink those too.
