Did you give them the info off the yellow tag? Tag would be just above the rear view mirror when top is installed.

Bestop customer service update. I spoke with them over the phone today. They are still trying to figure out what top I have.

I finally received a response from bestop today and It’s attached below. From my understanding the sunrider soft top does not fully retract, the top I have is like OEM and does retract. And all they say is it looks like a sunrider and it’s “obsolete”. I needed to know if I can get replacement windows. So after almost 2 weeks my question still isn’t answered.

The hardware I have doesn’t even match the pictures of a sunrider. So After 2 weeks I’m not really sure they even looked at the pictures I sent them. I left a voicemail stating that I was going to order the replace-a-top windows and if they don’t fit just send them back.

Still haven’t received an answer from Bestop.... but I did receive my Bestop replace a top tinted windows from extreme terrain and they fit!!!!
