Yep, all you'll need is the springs and shocks. You may or may not need a transfer case drop (you'll only know if you need one once you install the lift and see if you get any drivetrain vibrations or not) but those are super cheap.

+1 for OME! I've installed them 4x now and are my go to brand. You get what you pay for, so do yourself a favor and research everything to death before buying. Even if it means waiting several months to save money for a better kit.
I picked up my TJ with a Rough Country 3.25" and only 9k miles on the lift (I have the receipt from the PO installing it) and I already had spring sag and I am disappointed in the shocks. Needless to say I've been replacing everything with OME.
So the bottom line is if you only want to build a mall crawler and don't care about longevity, a budget lift is fine. If you want to have an enjoyable setup that lasts a long time, keep shopping!

Keep in mind that where a seller is concerned, the first buyer who shows up with the right amount of $$$ will usually get it. If I was selling a vehicle and a guy asked me to wait until Wednesday, but another buyer shows up Sunday with the cash, guess who's going to get it. That may sound harsh but...

Oh no I know lol I wouldn't blame him a bit, I just literally can't until the check clears until Wednesday, I would have just cashed it, but fiat Chrysler made the check deposit only and BB&T put a hold on it due to the amount of the deposit

I agree with that. It may sound harsh but whenever I sell a vehicle I never hold it for anyone, it's always whoever has the cash in hand.
Once upon a time I may have been a nice enough guy to hold a vehicle for someone, but after dealing with all the flakes on Craigslist who never follow through I gave up on that and simply tell people upfront that I won't hold it for them.
I hope he still has it though when you get the money. It seems like a very fair price all things considered.

Yep I got screwed on a 400 ex like that once, I posted it and a guy from Parkersburg WV wanted it and it's like a 4 hour drive and he said can you meet me in Charleston which is an hour from here and I said yeah, but I won't come down on the price if I drive that far to sell it to you, so I he agreed and said he'd see me in a few hours......no show, lesson learned

It's happened to me so many times on Craigslist. Shit, I'll be selling something and someone will call me and tell me that they are on their way and I'll end up waiting for over an hour just for them to never show up.

It is a sinking feeling though when you get there and it's gone, my little brother and I drove over two hours to Columbus Ohio pulling a trailer behind my dodge to pick him up a 2007 mustang with a blown motor. It was at a car lot and they said they would hold it for 3 hours and we got there in 2 and it was gone.

Well fingers crossed. But if your deal falls through, like one of the other members just recommended, my buddy just recently upgraded his TJ Sahara for a JK rubi and I think he was selling it for around $5.5k on c'list. Great condition and stock as far as lift, wheels, tires, etc. Newer interior, hard top, soft top, 4.0L I6 5 speed. Mechanically sound. We are up in NH. I didn't notice where you're from. I can put you in touch with him if you'd like.
