Can I make my OE head unit sound great with amps, speakers and a sub?

I recommend the Select Increments TJ dash pods. They come in both 5.25” and 4x6” configurations and bolt right in to the stock locations.

They’ll definitely improve the mid-bass on the speakers.

What car alarm system works best in a vehicle you can cut open?

Car alarms aren’t likely to do too much. There are threads on this site on installing the SKIM factory immobilizer module or installing hidden kill switches that would be a good place to start

Does anyone know what the stock RBK radio puts out in watts for each channel?

Most stock radios put out 10 to 20 watts per channel. I would suspect around 15 watts RMS.
Subwoofer is probably about 80 watts RMS.
