For 7/7 I present what's probably the most iconic '77 model car (one of the few mid-late '70s cars that I like, a T/A)

I like the front end of the 81 better IMHO.

Drove one of these once, an '86. Most ridiculous car I've ever driven - and I had every cop in sight eyeballing me!
We used to call that "Jeweled".

I will say the dash is hideous with those wheel turns in the aluminum.
I've seen those in person and talked to the owner. They are all show, little go. He'll tell you straight out they were built for the look. I think he claims the Camaro makes around 600 hp.
Judging from those intakes, I'd say he's a customer rep for Dyson vacuum cleaners...
78 Corvette Silver Anniversary, with the optional L-82 350
So other than the '78 T/A which looks identical to the '77, I can't think of any '78 vehicles worthwhile, but a '78 Dodge Magnum is kind of interesting. The last of the big-block cars. While not an RB engine, it could still be had with a B-series 400 making a whopping 190 hp. Man, the malaise era cars are depressing.
