Quick question... Just ripped out carpet. Raptor Lined the tub. Wondering if I should put carpet back in cause it gets cold here in PA or just go with weather tech mats. Thanks for any info.

In that part of the country I would have both... Carpet and maybe some insulation under it for warmth... WeatherTech to keep the sludge out.
I've got WeatherTech mats and they really fit nice.
the most common mat that you see has sort of a tire tread design... They will hold a lot of junk... That sort of the good and bad of them.
The WeatherTech is overall smoother.
I haven't seen anything that fits better than WeatherTech.
I have weather tec mats on-top of the carpet, I like the mats, really easy to clean. doesn't get to cold down here though.
I stopped removing the carpeting. It's too loud and too hot inside without the carpeting in place.
I couldn't imagine my LJ without carpet padding and carpet - IMO both are necessary for insulation and sound deadening in all but trail only jeeps - even in warm climates but especially where it gets cold.*
I have Weathertech mats over factory carpet.

* I once drove a CJ-5 V-6 with soft top and no carpet 600 miles to Mammoth Mountain to go skiing over New Year's. The operative word is once.

Defiantly carpet for insulation. On top of that I have Weathertech floor liners, fit great, easy to dump sand or water without messing up the carpet. Very happy with them.
I have the Bestop mats over bedrug, the Bestop fit really well. I love weathertech, have had them in every other vehicle I've owned in the past ten years, but I got the bestops on sale.

When I bought my TJ it had Rugged Ridge mats that I really liked. I think they may be the same as Bestop. Sold that Jeep with the mats and ordered Q-tec mats for the LJ. I like the Quadratec better than Rugged Ridge and WeatherTech (that I have in my truck)

I don’t care for the weathertech stuff. Slush and snow will come off your boots and melt with the heater on. Then it stays in the floor liner like a shallow reflecting pond - sloshing around. When you park your Jeep it freezes like an ice rink. Then melts again... etc
Never had that problem with carpet.
I have bedliner in my TJ but I put the carpet back in after a while. It just makes it nicer inside. I wish I would have never used bedliner because the floor is now rusty under the bedliner (rusted from the outside bottom I think) and it will be more work to remove the bedliner when welding in new floor pans.

I'm in Washington state and just have Weathertech mats. Haven't had a problem with it being cold.
I Rhino Lined mine over 10 years ago.. Got sick of the noise and heat.
I got the BedRug for the front and BedTred for the rear earlier this year. Worth every penny to me. Threw my Jeep floor mats on top of it in the front.. Works perfect.

Carpet + weathertech mats. I have the mats in both my vehicles, they work excellent for keeping the carpet underneath clean. A few times a year I'll pull the mats and wash them out. It has greatly cut down on the interior cleaning and I usually keep my vehicles pretty clean inside.
I have Bestop mats and BedRug. I like that water and mud collect in the mats. I can remove them and dump out the water, instead of letting it soak into the carpet.
I have these liners over my carpet and they fit really well. Relatively cheap too
