I replaced the PO lift over the winter and went to OME 2.5" coils. I lost about 0.5" of overall suspension lift. I noticed recently my steering wheel isn't centered and was about to adjust the drag link, but remembered I was still running the old no-name adjustable track bar on the front. I measured and found the axle shifted to the right of the frame about 0.5" so I decided to replace the trackbar with the JKS one from the DPG kit.

The JKS instructions say to ream/drill out the stock hole in the chassis bracket to 9/16"; well it's already bigger diameter than the JKS 9/16" bolt. The hole is probably 5/8". The thin taper cone washer even moves through, although it takes up about half the gap.

Will it matter that the bolt is a smaller diameter than the frame hole when everything is torqued properly? I don't want my trackbar wobbling around under there.
For now I'm going to install it as is based on @mrblaine post #26 ion the thread below.

Install it, torque it correctly making sure the top nut or washer/nut is in the recess and you'll be just fine.

Let it be so; installed and going for the test drive now.

thanks guys; this forum is great!

I actually have the same issue. Options to fix it are drilling out the ball of the uniball that makes up that end of the track bar, a shim (which I found on Amazon ) or possibly replacing the ball with a part from Currie. I'll get on the actual computer and attach links tomorrow.
