So I just replaced the cold air intake the PO installed with an oem air filter and now I have a check engine light P0108 and PO113. Other things I did was spray the throttle body with carb cleaner and I also unplugged the edge programmer that was in there. I tried plugging the programmer back in but didn’t do anything anyone else experience this?

Reset the computer (disconnect power cable off battery and touch it to ground) to see if that makes it go away.

Should I do that with that edge programmer unplugged?
Lmao I drove around a while. Stopped drove around a while. Light still on. Then just went to move it into my garage and light is off again. 😅

Yes. See if that fixes it, and toss that edge programmer in there trash if it does 😂 The reset takes care of a problem that will resolve itself if driven enough like you said.
Should I still remove that programmer you think? It’s wired up to the throttle body spacer and I’m not really sure the proper way to remove it. Think I can just unplug it at the actual unit and take it out?

Yeah take the throttle body spacer and programmer off, reset the computer, look up how much they cost online, and sell it on FB marketplace or Craigslist for 70% of that.

Lmao. I wonder if I will need shorter bolts or an O ring or anything to put on once I take the spacer out

It’s pretty easy to check, couple hand tools and 30 mins and you can test the bolts in their by hand to see if they bottom out. Spacer isn’t doing any harm but adding a potential leak point for vacuum.

Actually correct me if I’m wrong because I don’t have a lot of knowledge here but it looks like there’s no spacer and that the edge is just the throttle body itself

Haha yep! Just leave it as it in then, not unless you get a stock throttle body from a junkyard then their is no issue. I would leave it all plugged in then.

I would just run that tuning setup with your stock air box and call it a day. You get the filtration protection and noise reduction of the stock unit with no other work. That kit is about a thousand dollars lol
