So basically a day and a half drive, if you stop to sleep
You make it happen and I will get the whole group back together to a wheel.
We could do a forum trip to windrock and AOP...

I have pulled winch cable about 100 feet from the parking lot at AOP, could still see the wives sitting on the front porch of the cabin. AOP is a special place. I'm down!

Yep! Like I said AOP is a special place.
Windrock and the surrounding WMA property (which would be a little more expensive for out of state) would be a great option. It is big and has a lot of options for varying abilities or want levels. I would definitely volunteer to lead a group at windrock.
What about AOP? Would you lead a group there??
Honestly which one would be better for a mixed group of TJ's??

I would definitely lead a group at AOP, it is one of my favorite places. But it would not be a great place for a mixed group of TJs. A group of 35" and smaller TJs could probably cruise the access roads and a few trails for a day, but not much after that.
Windrock would be better since it has so much to offer. You could split up into multiple groups (Hard, Moderate, Easy) and everyone would have plenty to do in each of their groups.
As someone mentioned above, Fall is the best time. Not only to avoid the heat, but also less likely to rain. It will most likely rain at some point no matter what time of year (less likely in Fall), but it wouldn't be a summer thunderstorm where people from outside of the south would think the world is ending and be looking for a tornado shelter while the rest of us would be like, "oh well, already got swamp ass, let's go hit the next trail"
Then Windrock it is.
I am out for the foreseeable future, Dad is gonna take precedence for a while. His health is slowly deteriorating.
