Dana 44 Dynatrac Prorock Diff Cover

Does anyone have feedback or comments on the Dynatrac Prorock Diff Cover for the Dana 44? Any clearance issues on a TJ? There is one new for sale in my area but want to make sure there are no clearance issues. I read Barnett covers are nice but not sure they are still in business.

This is the only one I'm aware of that doesn't cause clearance issues.

Not saying there aren't others, but all of the ones I've heard of (such as ARB and others), seem to cause clearance issues, especially on the Dana 44 axles.

I'd like to see a picture or link to the diff cover in question though.

Currie gets their covers from Barnett. I talked with someone from Barnett a few months ago so I'm pretty sure they're still in business. Not sure what's up with their website, it's been messed up for months. If you go with the Currie/Barnett cover it's $132 on Jegs.com right now, compared to $190 on Curries website and summit racing. I picked one up from Jegs yesterday.

*Edit Site seems to be invalid now.

I got mine from T & J Performance for 114 each back in may. The site is down for maintenance but give it a try in the morning. Zero clearance issues with currie currectlync and tough as hell.

Yes, Barnett still in business. Last time i deal with them was over the phone.

Of course I do forget the gent name but he was very helpful, he explain that Dana stop supplying the diff covers they use and they are having difficulties with that so he ask me to sent mine to him to get it process. Deal turn out pretty good for me.

I have not seen many of those Dynatrac diff cover on the front diff, wonder why but people change to many things on their Jeeps that end up colliding with others. Will be on the look for to see.
Barnett covers are pretty good, is an OEM cover with the armor in the bottom half if form of a skid. I do really like mine and after all the abuse has been going true I can't said anything bad about it.

Below is a pic of the last one I get from them for a Dana 30 HP.

Curious as well--I have a spare Dana 30 cover I want built up for my new hpd30.

I want one (two).

I need one for the rear too, Spring Creek put a big dent in my cover.

No. They use a new OEM cover and weld on the armor. You keep your old one. They come just like in the photo I posted above. Like I said I paid $114 back in May. Call the number @Jorge Bolivar mentioned or give the place I used a call for exact pricing.

Correct, I sent them mine as they no have received the cover from their supplier (Dana)but, for the most times they use a new Diff cover OEM brand Dana.
I comes back black textured painted, new bolts and a sealant tube. As on the first picture. The red paint was done by Me.
I does not recall the cost correctly, $120.00 more or less. If I do spot the invoice I will posted.
