I first want to thank everyone for their input. I used many of the ideas provided!
UPDATE: the broken bit is out and I’m dressing up the original bolt that snapped off, and then run a tap & die set in hole to rethread it.
This is now tho open hole...:
This was what I finally got to cleat the hole,..
The rotary air tool with a few Carbide Burr’s did the trick!
I also FILLED four holes today! Received my OEM pan plugs (4), as I was missing 2, I figured I’d just put new ones in all the way around.
