Dodge 5.9 Swap

I have a wiring question-I have a 2000 Tj with a 2000 Dodge 5.9L swapped in with the auto trans. So I am merging my dodge harness to my Jeep harness. How do I merge the coil wires? The Dodge has 2 wires, automatic shut down and ignition coil driver #1. The Jeep harness has 4 wires auto shut down and ignition coil drivers #1, #2, and #3. Do I only use the #1 drivers from both harnesses? and don't do anything with the #2 and #3 drivers from the jeep harness.

Mine is an older harness so it was only 2 wires.

Have you read thru this thread on Jeep Forum? It's about the best one out there with the most amount of information. Yes it's long but it's worth the read.
