Took me a while to get back to the Jeep. I had to order three flywheels until I got one that didn't have the small bolt hole defect! Not sure if this is a problem with other vendors selling the Luk flywheel for the 4.0, but I was starting to get worried.
Bottom line, the engine started with no issues! Thanks again too CharlesHS for suggesting the flywheel. I would still be chasing a timing problem with the ODPA and coils from an electrician viewpoint.
