Excessive Bounce / Body Roll?

Got the replacements. Primed them but not installed. One of the RS55128s takes 10 seconds to extend, the other takes two seconds and seems like it is 80% dead spot. Sigh... I just want this over with.

I guess I will be calling Rancho tech support in the morning because they take arounds 10 days to reply to website/email questions. Crap company.

And we are not a "Free Samples" type company where you can come to buy something, try it for a while and then send it back and get a full refund because you feel it's defective.

I understand where they are coming from but this is such an unnecessarily dickish answer. Could have been an easy, "Sorry we have a no refund policy". Customer service is dead. I've never heard of this company but will make sure to never do business with them

Thanks David - that is very kind of you to offer! I really need my Jeep so I installed this set and although it is not great it is at least now tolerable. Better than the last set anyway. I will probably just live with them and go with a different make next time.
