Floor board drain plug?

This is probably a dumb question but is there supposed to be an inside (interior) floor board drain plug and a outside (exterior) floor board drain plug?

I'd say just the inside plug. The hole below it is to let any liquid drain from the reinforcement "frame" down there.

They should have put two behind the seats, mine filled up there and I had to soak it up with a towel after going downhill and hitting the brakes to get most of it to the front

I've got 4 plugs sitting on my kitchen table. I'm pretty sure each one was under a different floor mat when I took them out. If it wasn't raining so hard I'd go take a look to verify. Maybe they were added from the factory sometime around 2003 when a bunch of things were changed. I know they weren't added by someone after the fact.

I ordered that same plug from amazon it fit perfect in my 2005.
