Looks quite a bit less than the GR to me. It would be nice to have that space. Of course, another thing to measure is the new angle of the wheel well.
An important thing to keep in mind with the interest in the rear of the opening is that far more often than not, a 35" tire with the standard spring/body lift recipe and 11" travel shocks split 50/50 will fit factory fenders. Mine was one of those rare exceptions that ultimately led to the front stretch. Blaine and I spent a good amount of time measuring trying to figure out why my tires rubbed so hard at full articulation and steering lock but never found a reason.
Did you zero out the angle finder on the door jam or something else to take rake out of the equation? I’ll do the same when I get home tonight.
Correction 64.3*. My rig is pretty level. Difference of 0.7*
1 5/8” from the tub edge at 20.25” down from the body line. 58.6 degrees with finder zeroed out on the door jam. It needs a bath, still muddy from Monday.

I disagree. You had to relocate way more than the average person, so your case isn't necessarily the common case. So it may be a big effort, but it may also not be. Other than having to build a new battery tray, I could adapt every other bracket to work without much effort. My biggest effort items were the washer bottle and the rubicon locker pumps. The only other major effort I remember was bending the A/C lines a little bit. I wouldn't call mine cobbled together at all.Anyone who did it in less than a few weekends cobbled things together.

How does the clearance gained from DIY high lines compare?

Do the JK wheels with the 6" back spacing contribute to it at all? IIRC you run spacers but I don't recall how thick...
4" effective backspacing. Prior to that, the wheels were 3.75". Whatever was going on wasn't fixed by pulling the tire in a quarter inch.
Mine is an OK install. One part that I really dislike is the positive battery terminal. But I never found another way that wasn't a remote stud with no good place to put it.
