Front spring bracket

Can anyone help me find this part? For some reason my passenger side does not have one and I'd like to put one on.

2001 TJ Sport.

I guess it's technically two parts - one spring bracket and one bolt?

My 2004 never had them on either side. My other TJ, a 2000, only had them on the drivers side, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Not needed, if the springs are dropping out they are too short of a free length or the shocks are way too long.

As previously stated, not really needed, unless you have some uber-flex going on.

Somewhere along the run, Jeep stopped using the retainer clips. Maybe they figured out that the shocks kept the springs from falling out.
