We bought our Jeep with a Full-Traction 4.0-IN Ultimate SRS Suspension. The trackbar heim joint is shot as well as the 3-link bushings. I contacted them over three weeks ago to order replacement parts and was told the sleeves would need to be machined and would ship out the following Wednesday. Sounds fine.
I called today to check on the status because I still haven't received my parts. They guy on the phone said they would be machined sometime next week and shipped out. I told him when I ordered them I was told I would have them no later than last week. He said "Don't know what to tell ya bud, we are busy. That's the way it goes." When I told him that wasn't cool because I really needed the parts and was told I would have them last week. He said "How about I just go ahead and cancel that order for you? and hung up on me. Granted my tone wasn't super pleasant on my reply but I wasn't hostile. This company sucks and now I have to figure out how/where to get the parts or I need to replace the system entirely.
