Hardtop wind noise

This is my first post, so I apologize if this is redundant. I have a 2003 TJ Sport that I've owned since day one. I recently had the top painted at an auto body shop and they removed it to paint. I now have the loudest wind noise and rattling, which I've never had before. I should also mention that each year, I take the hard top off and install my soft top for the summer. I'm at a loss....Is this a coincidence, or is it just time for new replacement gaskets & seals? Is there a gasket on the hard top itself that they did not re-install? I checked everything & it all seems okay. Also, the hold down clamps are now very loose.
Help please!

Did they put your mucket seals back? They can cause the top not to align correctly.

There should be one on the drivers and passenger side. On the top of the tub just behind the door.

Not sure what that is....are they located by the door jamb?

I just saw your photo. Yes, those are in place...

Did they put it back on? If so then I would undo clamps and loosen the bolts for the top. Lock the clamps down and tighten the bolts. It may just be that the top is miss aligned.

I reinstalled it this way, and unfortunately, it made no difference. I am leaning towards buying a gasket kit...hopefully this works. I'm still at a loss as to why it's happening now after nearly 14 years.
